Download history?? I went 30% over limit. How much money will i owe?

I received an email saying that i had downloaded 30% over my monthly limit. I have downloaded a few things but it should not have added up to that much? Is there anyway that i can see all of the things i have downloaded in the last month?

How much money do you think i will have to pay for the extra 30%?

I have broadband. Im with grapevine.
 
What sort of internet service provider do you have? I've never heard of anyone having a download limit, unless they're within a corporate network (college/work/etc).
 
If its your first time over your limit, they will probably take no action. If you do it constantly they may advise a better package for you. It certainly wont break the bank though. Thats what I've experienced here in the UK
