This is not firmware version this is just info of ur phone i think u find it on the phone screen of ur phone after typing any china code.read ur phone file and then post ur phone version.

Check if ur phone have nand flash chip ist try to erase nand and rebuild imei hang fault some times solve with this method in spd chips also i try to search a new file for u.
 
i have purchase a i68+ from sciphone recently and i use spiderman 2.50.

but i really not sure the setting especially the cable setting at spiderman..

i did try to flash other firmware which i have downloaded from i9 forum..

but it still doesn't work (the phone boot up with sound by no display.

i yhink if i can get the original firmware it will solve the problem..

appreciete you can help me and guide me thru...thank you
