Downgrade 3gs 4.0 to 3.1.3?

I have iphone 16gb 3gs vervion 4.0(8a293) 05.13.04
i want downgrade in 3.1.3 or 3.1.2 so plz any one give me files to downgrade bcoz i have many files i dont know wich file i have to use

You can downgrade the firmware, but not the baseband. And downgrade is only possible if you backed up the shsh certificate for your device while it was available.

today i have manage downgrade 3pcs of 3gs by the help of this info

put your 3gs on DFU mode and restore 3.1.3 from itunes
then use tiny umbrella to kick it out from recovery mode
after all that you can JB it with spirit then unlock it with ultrasnow
