Double majors? in special education and vocational rehabilitation?

for one of my majors i want to get it in Special Education with my minor in Pyschology. For my second major, I would like to get it in Vocational Rehabilitation Counseling but im not sure what minor would go good with that. Does this sound like a good combination of majors? I think it would help me with applying for jobs. what could my second minor be? would I have to have one? thanks for your help :)
also.. how long would i have to go to college??
