Double major in Philosophy and Economics?

I would like to know if it is worth it to double-major in Philosophy and Economics.

I absolutely love Philosophy and I have been reading Kant since I was thirteen. I would like to proceed into graduate work in Philosophy and write many books.

Regarding economics, I love to explore how society "theoretically" works, and have no problems with math. The economics BS would also help me get a way better job at a Fortune 500 company.

So, should I only major in Philosophy or only major in Economics? Or should I push myself and major in both? What about a minor?

Any help would be deeply appreciated.

Graduate work in philosophy seems to be unproductive if you want a high-level corporate career, or really if you want to do anything other than be a professor. That said, I recommend you not look too closely at major requirements, and instead just take classes that interest you. What classes you have on your transcript should carry much more weight than whether you technically fulfilled the major requirements. In other words, get a major in whichever one you like better, with a minor in "that sounds cool"

Good luck!
