Dorming in the fall please help what do i need and financial help?

what do i need and im scared i might not be able to afford it. i have some loans out but i wanna get that full college experience that comes along with dorming any ideas. i have enough saved for one quarter. what will i need. any ideas and will it be a waste of time if im dorming and working. im also reciecving financial aid but i dont know if its covered yet
