Dorkiest voices in animation

Pretty self explanatory. Since there's a sexiest voice in animation thread I thought we could also give a shout out to our favorite nerd/slightly-nerdy characters in animation. Here are a few that I can think of off the top of my head:

Eddie Deezen - Mandark from Dexter's Lab. He has other roles of course but this is my favorite. I always find myself imitating the laugh. AH-HAHA-AH-HAHA-HAHA-HAHA!

Christine Cavanaugh - Dexter from Dexter's Lab and Chuckie from Rugrats. One small thing I loved about Rugrats is that the voice actors would do all the crying themselves for the babies and I loved Chuckie's cry especially. Both voices were so nasally and so cute.

Brian Posehn - Octus from Sym-Bionic Titan, Jim from Mission Hill, Cousin Larry from Kim Possible. For a robot, his voice gives so much personality to Octus on SBT and he's probably my favorite voice acting role of his so far (the above is all that I know him for)

There are more that I'll probably add later, and much more that I've missed, so any others?

Some good picks, AJanae!
I'll add:

John G. Brennan - Mort (Tasty Cakes) Goldman on Family Guy. Loved best (by me at least) for the story of his first kiss.

My choices would be Rob Paulsen as Carl Wheezer, Tom Kenny as Carl Chryniszzswics, and Samuel Vincent as Edd. Eddie Deezen is the holy grail though, of course.

I don't now the guy, but in Simpsons, season 19, Little Orphan Millie: Gaylord Q Dingledeen.

And as we are on Simpsons, Comic Book Guy of course.

To me, there's no Simpsons voice dorkier than Nancy Cartwright as Database.

"I make it a point never to turn my head unless I expect to see something, Bart."

Barry Gordon's Donatello. It was and still is fantastic and Curtis Armstrong (recently Dan in Dan Vs. though Dan's not necessarily a geek) he was in Revenge of the Nerds after all.

I love Seth Green's lispy nerdy voice for Neil Goldman on Family Guy, even moreso because it resembles a very similarly-voiced nerd character a friend and I created before we became familiar with Family Guy.

Dee Bradley Baker as Martin in W.I.T.C.H. Quite nasally, definitely the classic nerd voice that doesn't get any less nerdy with the changes he has in emotion.

Katie Leigh.

Hard to believe she was also the voices of Sunni Gummi, Alex in the first and second seasons of Totally Spies! and Rowlf from the Muppet Babies cartoon.

I would have to go for Scott Menville, especially when he was voicing Kevin in Mission Hill. That character was pretty much a dork throughout the series, and he did have a voice to match it.

As for adult voice, I would have to go for Dan Castellaneta voicing Megavolt in Darkwing Duck. I like Megavolt and all, and while this voice isn't as dorky as say "Squeaky Voiced Teen" from the The Simpsons, it's pretty dorky in it's own right. Even though it's more of an adult voice, it still feels like someone that's going through puberty who's voice is cracking.
