Dooku was no where near his power in 3 as he was in 2. Your telling me that he made a statement in episode 2 easily taking out veteran obi wan but fell to his knees on Anakin? Bogus! Dooku wasnt even intimidating in episode 3 with his charming voice like in 2. There should have been a huge lightsaber battle towards the middle or end involving him where Anaking perhaps gets a lucky shot. Dooku should have taken out a jedi or 2 in the movie atleast.
