Mingle, as in like. They think they can just flirt with them. "Flirt intensely."

I mean, I'm fine if it's like 13 and above. But seriously, kids at 7 flirt already.
Also, that kids that young are having sex already. Isn't that just gross. :-&

sex-ed doesnt work as efficiently anymore, unfortunately.

please, let's not promote the children from losing their virginities.
 
There's nothing wrong with girl kids being sociable with boys, and I have never, ever seen a seven year old child flirt. It's sad that teenagers are having sex so young, but it's going to happen, that's just a fact. Instead of berating them and constantly telling them not to do it, we should be educating them on safe sex, and the dangers and consequences of having unprotected sex. Then they will be prepared and educated enough to protect themselves, and are most likely not going to have sex so young if they understand more about it. But just going "ew, that's gross, they shouldn't be doing that" wont solve anything.
