Alright, pretty much the story is taken place years after the end of "Return of the Jedi." The main premise of the story is that Millenium ago a young Sith cut part of his head off, and his mother putting him into some stasis field had nanomachines slowly rebuild his brain, regulating his life signs, teachings, and growth. He was forgotten after something happened to his immediate family, and so kept growing for all that time. When he was too big for the vat he was in, it broke and he finally awakened. He was a Sith Lord that couldn't speak, but used the force to do so, and he stood like somewhere like 15 feet tall and his lightsaber was "ENORMOUS."
Somewhere along the line he breaks into the Jedi Temple on Coruscant and breaks into the "Well of the Jedi," where every force user across the galaxy gets a BOOST of power. Later he seals it where no one "Dark" in the Force, or "Light" in the Force could gain entrance and only one using the "Pure" Force, which is not light or dark can get inside.
