Don't know how to find bicycle wheel value for a speedometer?

I bought a speedometer for my bicycle and for the wheel value setup,
there's a chart for setup :

| Road Bike
| 20" 1596
| 22" 1759
| 24" 1916
| 26" 2073
| 27"/700c 2124

(if it's 20", I enter 1596 in the speedometer)

well, I looked at my bicycle tires&rims they are
700 x 28c
and when I measured the circumference by myself ,
it was 7ft long.
I don't know how to match them to the chart above.
How??

The numbers in the chart are in millimeters (almost all cycling computers use mm). 7 feet is equal to 2133.6 mm. So use 2133 or 2134 in your computer. It will be very accurate!

The circumference is in mm, 7 ft = 2134 mm which is the exact reading I use on my road bike. My tire is 700 X 25 mm but the side wall flex makes the tire smaller then what it measures. I have a mile marker in my front yard and 2134 gets me with in 20 feet of the next marker.

Typically if it says "700 x ...." it is a 700 CC wheel and you should enter the last option of your list there. A 700 cc wheel is pretty standard these days for road bikes and most newer commuter/hybrid bikes.
