Don's Reviews

You didnt have to go THAT far. :(

He dosent even like 70s prog.

I like prog AND punk, is it that damn hard to like complex and simple music at the same time?...Apparantly no one else is able to, except TheDeathOfCapitalism...Why listen to the same f*cking sh*t over and over and be close minded to other genres because they're different from the genres you like?

It really pisses me off when punk fans slagg off prog because its different, it really pisses me off when prog fans slagg off punk because its different, i hear too much of this sh*t from both sides, usualy you people know very little about the genres you critisize, weither it be prog, punk or any other genre, prog fans bash all punk based on The Ramones, and punk fans bash all prog based on ELP... Listen to the genres you like, and shut the f*ck up about the genres you dont like, because maybe other people happen to like them, and chances are you dont even know what the hell you are talking about. Theres no right and wrong genres, music would be boring as hell if it was all basic 3 chord anthems, and it would be boring as hell if it was all complex suites and epics, music comes in many forms and sounRAB, thats what makes it great, it isnt all meant to be exactly the same, dont disclassify whole genres based on your personal taste, be a little open minded, Jesus Christ.

Sorry Urban this isnt really directed at you, but everybody.

I'm almost worried now that I'll hear some Dream Theatre music soon (as a side effect of BooBoo's constant pro-prog prodding) and might like it.

I like Yes and King Crimson and Television and Patti Smith, i'm just that cool.

Mate are you a beefeater mate? Do you want a kick box to the head mate?

Some moderator guy banned me or something. I think he neeRAB a kick box to the head.

We all know repetivie music is for ****tarRAB.

No good band does verses/chorus/verse structure, pentatonic scales or songs in 4/4 time...Those are for amatuers and losers.

Music isnt meant to be enjoyed, its meant to be observed, now get some decent taste in music you hack, take some lessions in music theory, buy some caviar and listen to some Bach and Chopin.

Only prog was an actual musical movement and not just a corperate fashion trend.

Plus hair metal was a fad and it died out, prog may be no where near as popular as it used to be, thanks in most part to punk rock, but it is still around and dispite lack of media coverage it is still pretty popular.

I know i said i wasnt going to make another post on this thread but i read this and it neeRAB to be said, i was talking about HAIR METAL, not punk rock.

'Things for Don to review':
