Can anyone explain panel 17 of the couch gag advent calendar to me?



It shows Krusty's father the Rabbi and Old Jewish Man in a Sushi bar. I just don't get the joke, or cultural reference or what it is. Is this supposed to be some kind of Jewish stereotype or something?
