Don`t u hate when you watch TV, your face reflects to TV?

Everytime I watch TV, my face reflects to TV, and I hate it. specialy when the scene has lots of black, dark scene, there is my face on a screen and it is like looking at my mirror all day. I don`t want to see my face when I watch TV. Is there any way to not make my face on the screen?
