Doing a 24 hour urine test for Cushing's disease on Sunday, would marijuana mess up

the results? If I smoked a little on saturday, would the results be messed up for the urine collection all day Sunday? I am not being tested for drugs, but for hormone levels, etc. standard medical tests to test for Cushings disease.
