Dogs keep sniffing one area of the baby swing and we are concerned? Something is up

with it right? My mom gave us a baby swing that she originally swore up and down was only used once or twice. We got it home and the dogs keep sniffing and messing with the seat. I then find out from my dad that the baby it belonged to it was her favorite toy and she swung in it every day for hours.

So I am wondering if Urine leaked and even though its been washed the dogs still smell it. I'll be honest at this point I don't think we will be using the baby swing. I don't like the idea of my baby using something that another baby had drooled all over and possibly had leaky diapers in. (plush one of the toys is cloth and plastic and I know that wasnt cleaned.

But if the dogs are that focuses on that one spot, something is up right?

They are probably just curious. I know some dogs actually don't even know what to think of babies if they've never been around them (the smell and stuff they get very curious) but even if your dogs are used to babies they are probably just curious about the smell of another baby. They obviously know another little one has been on there and it doesn't mean there is pee or anything gross because dogs can smell anything even the tiniest of scents. If you clean the baby swing with lots of lysol and disenfectants it should be fine even if it was peed on. But i wouldnt blame you for not wanting to use it if you think it was peed on obviously.
