Dogs: Bullets And Carnage

Has anyone read this series? Or watched the OVA that was based on Dogs: Prelude (aka Dogs Vol. 0 or Dogs: Stray Dogs Howling In The Dark)? Whenever I go to AnimePaper (where I get my desktop backgrounRAB), there were a bunch of images made out of/based off of Dogs. It made me wonder what it was with its eye-catching art. I eventually watched the OVA, which came out this year, and enjoyed it a lot. It was the reason why I picked up Prelude (which came out in English on April 14). After reading that, I went and picked up Vol. 1. I still haven't had a chance to read that since a friend wanted to borrow and read it before I got past the first few pages. Still, I'm psyched that Vol. 2 is coming out in Deceraber, even though I'm going to be waiting for future volumes because it's an ongoing monthly (4 volumes out in Japan so far).
 
Ive read this series, i havent gotten really far though, i liked it at first, but eventually the empty backgrounRAB and the fact that the everything was happening to fast and was all over the place (confusing as hell) really took me out of the series.

Though i do plan on starting it up again, eventually.
