a " freind" of mine brought her puppy to the apartment that im moving into. my roomate has two dogs . well my friend was warned about bringing the puppy and if they were bring the pup to keep it locked in my room by both my rooomate and I . her dog got injured by one of ours and now she says im at fault and says that i have to pay the vet bill. dose anyone know if this is true or not. i dont mind helping but i feel that this person is trying to exstort me in a way.
