My small sized dog ate a bone on a Saturday. My stupid Dad gave it to him despite me telling him NOT to do that, because I've read bones could easily disrupt his digestive system and hurt him greatly. He chewed it up, and now, his stool has blood in it, and he doesn't want to eat. Another fault of my parents is that we're unable to take him to the vet due to financial problems. Is there anything I can do to help him pass it through or something?
Edit: And another note, he displays no signs of lethargy and sadness. Other than refusing to eat and the blood in his stool, his behavior is normal.
