Doesn't Massachusetts already have mandated healthcare that is working out for them?

Massachusetts has mandated healthcare, something like 99% of the state is covered and I believe enjoys the program. This is the same state the late Ted Kennedy is from. If it works there, won't it work for the other 49 states?
Lordfrig - I agree with you - every citizen of Masschusetts says they are very happy with their health care but those who live outside the state say it is bad.
