Doesn't it annoy you when you are arguing with someone and he/she uses super

dumb statements!?!?!? It so freaking annoys me when someone you're arguing with uses super dumb statements and thinks he/she's right?

for example your arguing about whether or not there's life in space:

him/her says: well obviously there's life in space! I mean, the moon is cheese so someone had to cook it!?! (and they think they are absolutely making sense!)

it just annoys me so much!

oh and by the way, a LOT of stuff has been annoying me recently... why is that?
to Skittles (or however you spell it): i didn't mean it like that. It's just that the guy who i was talking about is my friend and i know that he is smarter than that. It just annoys me that sometimes, some people just don't use their heads.

Yes, it does. Here is the best one I ever heard: (Not an argument, but a discussion.)

A girl in work, my boss and I were discussing dogs chasing cars. She mentioned a dog in her neighborhood that chased airplanes. My boss asked, jokingly of course, "Imagine how he'd feel if he ever caught one?"

Her reply: (Are you ready for this?)

"Oh, he couldn't. They keep him fenced in."

And she was dead serious. A mind is a terrible thing to waste.

um... could be that you can't accept the fact that people are different due to different backgrounds and upbringing. Just because you're a straight A student with a Stepford mother waiting at home doesn't mean everyone else is as well bred and intelligent as you are. Try being smarter, social-wise.
