Does your league have to win the All-Star game or the World Series to have the last

laugh? Last year the American League won the All-Star game but it seemed like the National League was the successor because the Phillies won the World Series.

I find it funny how both leagues can't win back and forth. One league dominates for a decade or two and vice versa.

From 1962 to 1982 the National League only lost the All-Star game one time. From 1950 to 1962 the N.L only lost once also. But from 1933 to 1950 the American League only lost 4 times.

Now since 1988 the American League has only lost once and that was in 1996. Since then they've won 12 in a row till this year.

I gotta say though, it looks as if the National League is about to turn the tables with their younger players and they almost won the last two years.

What matters most to consider your league the winner?

Winning the All-Star game or the World Series?
