does windows recognize ipod bluetooth?

no. IPod bluetooth is looking for peripherals, headsets, whatever.
your laptop is doing the same, keyboards, mice headsets.. whatever.
you cant piggy back web connection from your laptop to your touch, if thats what you have.
 
i was wondering if the bluetooth on my ipod and bluetooth on my laptop work with each other?
