Does Windows Mobile have photo effect/manipulation apps like the iPhone?

Hey folks I'm contemplating ditching the iPhone for a HTC HD2. I was wondering if Windows Mobile devices have photo effect software as good as the iPhone. Example iPhone apps would be: Genius, Photoshop Mobile, Photogene, Photo fx, Hipstamatic and many others.

I've not been able to find anything on google but I figured actual users of these devices may've had them.
