Does WEIGHT LOSS stunt growth in early teens?

I'm a 14 year old female. My doctor said im supposed to be 5'9 or 5'10 when I grow up, my dads side of the Famil are all in the 6 ft tall range and the females are pretty tall. And my moms side is 5'8 +

Imm 5'6(1/2) at the moment but I want to he a tall girl when I grow up, at the moment I'm 120 pounds but I really wanna lose 5 pounds, I eat healthy and have a fast metabolism but I just feel ugly and gross though everyone tells me to gain weight cause i look like I weigh 105/110.


But I really wanna drop 5 pounds and just tone my thighs? I pretty much want to just lose my thigh fat or else I'll have even more bones showing in my back and ribs

So my question is, will weight loss as a 14 year old stunt growth?
