I have a motorola droid which works perfectly fine but its all scratched up and I have wuarantee on it. My friends motorola droid stopped working and they sent my friend a droid 2. I want a droid 2 and I want to call verizon and tell them that phone calls won't go through or a key won't work from the keyboard. They would then send me a replacement and I would send back my " broken" phone. My question is, when I send them my "broken" phone, do they actually check if the phone is broken? If they do, what happens if they find out that it works fine? Thank you
