Does Verizon charge extra if you download Flash to your phone to watch videos?

Like the question about says, I was trying to watch a video on a website through my phone and it didn't let me because I needed flash, does it cost extra if I download it?


also, what kind of apps does the rogue have and where can I get them? I'm still pretty new to this phone.
I have a plan where I get unlimited internet.
 
Any type of web browsing, App downloading or browsing(in the browse and download section) will cost you a 1.99 per Megabyte. Unless you have a Premium or connect plan or a data add on plan which is either 9.99 25 mb's or 19.99 for 75mb's. Be careful of any data use on your phone other then talking or texting(unless you dont have a plan for that as well).Which means looking at anything that already isnt originally built into the phone.
