Does Two Negative STD Tests Mean I'm Really Negative ?

Or should I go get at third test done ? I'm showing symptoms and came in contact with Chlamydia but have taken two Urine tests (NAAT tests - most sensitive) which was also tested by the CDC by law, so technically THREE tests and no growth, NONE, was found. I refuse to take meds that aren't needed. Prescriptions are the death of people, so I ask is 2-3 negative tests enough to assume I'm negative ? When is it ok to assume you're fine ?

Symptoms: Occasional burning urination and urgency. Female. No WBC in urine.
Please NO uneducated answers. This isn't an HIV test. Chlamydia is visiable in Urine in 1-3 weeks. Not 12. Come on people.
These tests were taken at 2 different clinics via Urine sample. I tested Negative to both Chlamydia AND Gonarrhea.
 
I would say that you are negative, but were these home tests? If you're still concerned, most sexual health clinics and some doctors will test you for free.

The symptoms you described are also syptoms of gonorrhea however, it might be worth getting tested for that as well, its symptoms in general are very similar to the symptoms of chlamydia.
