I am getting ready to sell my house and I live in a fairly conservative area. I think the current POTUS and his minions are fascists and I want to punish anybody who voted for him. I want to put in my ads that anybody who voted for that SOB must pay an extra $10,000 if they want to purchase my home. Is that illegal?
Yes my question is serious! No I don't care if it hurts my chances of selling!

Not legal.

It does nothing to "get back" at That Stinker (BO) or his minions. Sell your house if you want to sell it. But if you really want to do something positive about the situation, get on your Senators' and Rep's case about:
- the idiotic, useless and costly "cap & trade" bill,
- insist on enforcing immigration laws and reducing employment visas for foreign workers to reduce unemployment,
- stop spending so much money on congressional travel junkets (we cannot afford it)
- stop BO from spending/promising another $14 trillion in his ridiculous "stimulus" plans that are bankrupting this country and only lining his campaign contributors' pockets...
- etc.

Anger is a very useful tool when properly directed. As they say, "Don't cut off your nose to spite your face." Redirect your efforts more appropriately to achieve something positive for yourself (get that house sold, if that's what you want), while handling the problems that so appropriately have you royally ticked off.
