Basically, I've come up with this story idea, and I was wondering what you thought of the summary/blurb for it, and does it make you want to read, and therefore find out, more. The title of the story will (probably) be called The Lost Children. The summary is below:
x
Not one for the paranormal, Ali Cooper has always shrugged off the legend of her Family’s Curse as nothing more than superstition. The rest of her family, on the other hand, have not. For as long as she can remember, Ali has constantly been on the move, never staying in the same place for more than a year. However, just four months after moving into a small village, up in the North of England, children in the surrounding area start to disappear, and her parents begin to fear the worst.
Ali’s past has finally caught up with her, and now she’s the only one with the power to stop history repeating itself.
“It’s 1833 all over again… This time, we can’t let anything happen…”
x
Well what did you think? Please let me know what your thoughts on it were, and whether the summary captures your attention, and whether I should give a shot at writing this etc. All opinions welcome,
