Ok I am 25 years old and male. Instead of having a gym membership I walk 3 to 5 miles a day 3xs a week at my counties Library park. In addition to that I use their playground area (kids equipment) to do my exercises/workouts on. i.e monkey bars for my dips pull up bars for pull ups etc.
Now me and my girlfriend have no kids. I was wondering does that sound strange for a man of my age using a playground for strength training? Also how many of you you other adults both female and males use the playgrounds to workout in? and or how about you teenagers out there?
Im just curious. Also if you guys have any workout routines yall normally use at the park please share them with me and Ill share mine with you guys.
