Mon/Wed/Fri - Cardio 30 min + ..... Tues/Thur Strengh Training Exercises. Tues (Upper Body) Thur (Lower Body) plus being active most days a week ( I do lawn care services.) Eating 1350-1600 calories a day. I am just trying to get on regular normal routine with myself. I am looking to lose a little a tone. I am a female weigh about 120, Im 5 foot 6 and 22 years of age. I am trying to come up with something to work around my schedule. Does this sound like reasonable and realistic plan?
