This article involves the leaders of Greece because; they had to make a decision about what to they should do about these bombs being sent using the airmail traveling system. Greece, Italy and Germany are involved and relevant to this article because, they are the countries in which it is believed that some of the bombs have originated. The listed countries have also received some bombs on planes such as this. This event has taken place within the last week around the date of November, 4th 2010. This event occurred in many places and in addition it may be happening in many more places than what we know about. Because, there are other countries around the world that may not be taking security as serious as what they should be but, so far that is known of this is taking place in Greece, Italy, Germany and The United States of America. The reason this is occurring is because, many political groups don’t agree with what other groups do and they feel as though they need to take action about this. Instead of them dealing with the issues in a more positive and effective way they decided to hurt people to try convincing governments to be scared of them and do more of what they want.
This situation affects everything around the world because it gives everyone the sense that they always have to worry about whether or not they are going to be getting attack or if there is something in the works. Because, of how this is easily transported through planes and maybe other method of shipping as well this can easily be taken to any county in the world. This news article is newsworthy in my opinion because, everyone should be aware how they can be attacked at any given time. In addition maybe by making people more aware of this they will better prepare themselves against future attacks of any sort. One think that we all can learn from this article is that you can never be too careful. You should always be prepared for the unexpected and never lose sight of all the dangers that occur because, one day they make come to you. Personally from this article I have learned that people will stop at nothing from trying to harm other people and that you must always be careful with what you are doing Because, there is always something that can go wrong. I feel that this is a silly issue for us to be having during this time period. I would think that since everything as far as technology and methods of transportation have developed a long way from what they used to be so, would the maturity level. Obviously, that hasn’t happened and it probably will never happen because, there will always be immature people that want to cause harm to others just like the ones who sent the devices. I strongly disagree with what these people have been doing. One thing I think that can be done to try solving this problem is that we use stricter security on everything. Don’t allow anything to leave or enter any kind of shipping department with first going through a strict and very thorough search.
