Does this seem like an unfit work environment?

I am currently employed for a chain drugstore company. The store that i work in is just so unfit. Yesterday a waterbug came crawling from under the registers and the manager did nothing, while some customers were complaining even one walked out. There are suppose to be fout managers on call but one got fired and two are hardly there and the one that is mostly there just stays in the office and gets mad when us cashier need an approval, he actually takes his time when we call him for a void approval and a customer service call. Today he took like 15 mins. just to come assist my customer that the lady actually went to look for him. He gives us employees late breakes when he knows its time for someone to go home. For example my friend is suppose to go home at 7 cuz she has a baby at home. He gives me my 30 min. break at 640 knowing that she can't leave until i come back. He already had two male employees buy him lunch with their money and he treats them like gold they swiftly leave from the register and he says nothing. If I leave from my register to do a return when there are no customers at the moment he looks at me like i'm a dumbass and tells me to go back since im the "main cashier"(I'm new at the job) meanwhile the other male employees are somewhere in the back all the time doing nothing.
