Does this look infected(it's a photo of a cut on my hand)?

I was using a scourer to rub off the dead skin on my skin about 4-5 days ago and I rubbed way to hard and now I got this open wound on my hand, does it look infected? It has been like 4 or 5 days and it is still opened, also do you think it will leave a scar forever?
