me out or confessing? Brief history of our relationship: I met him through a mutual friend in high school 4 years ago. I instantly fell for him and not knowing that he was dating, i asked him out!(yes,i kno that was too fast!!) Obviously he rejected me. But from that day on, he kept giving me signs that he was starting to like me too.For instance, whenever his girlfriend is around and i'm there, he wouldn't even say hi to her or look at her! He would just stare at me. When she dumped him, he talked to me on msn and he didn't even seem to care much. In the hallways, as i pass by, his friends would nudge him and they would all stare at me.We never hungout before, but just talk on msn.=( Throughout the high school years, all my friends agreed that he did like me but were disappointed that he never confessed.They definitely saw him as a wimp and encouraged me to move on.Therefore, i stopped talking to him on msn in grade 12.
NOW: Btw, he's 1 year YOUNGER than me and is in his grade 12 year. I'm in my first year of university. After my graduation, i thought to myself," okay, i'll never see him again and our relationship is falling apart.Time to move on with life!" I did forget about him in the summer. BUT......IN THE BEGINNING OF THE FALL SEMESTER HE MSGED ME ON MSN!This took me by great suprise. He asked how i was and what school i go to now.Now we talk each week on msn and it seems that our relationship and feelings for each other are rekindled again.
In one convo, he asked me what i was for halloween.I was a nurse..and we kept playing "nurse" in that convo from 9pm to 3am! I would go like," i'm not ur nurse and ur not my patient." and he would go like," aww..why not =(" At the end of the convo, i asked," may i assist u in bringing u to bed?" and he went like," oh yes u may ^^;;" he wanted me to tuck him in. He also asked me to send him a pic of me in the nurse costume.
We alternate in intiating convos. Sometimes he starts and sometimes i start. After that nurse convo, he asks me for more pics of me, too. Whenever i have a display pic of myself on msn, he would say," nice display pic! =)" Yes, he does alot of smiley faces and hehehe's when we talk.
It throws me into great shock that he actually started talking to me again! Most of my friends say theres gotta be a reason why he's doing this. I think i kno why but yet not quite. Its not often that someone you used to talk to and haven't for almost a year and aren't seeing each other suddenly starts talking to you again!! Does he miss me caz he can't see me anymore? Does he have some sort of regret within him from high school? Maybe he wants to make a move now since he had a lot of pressure from his friends back in high school?
I always had a strong hunch that he liked me in high school but still doubted myself. However, based on the convos we had so far, i'm pretty sure he does. I don't know!! >< He told me he's gonna come to the same university as me next year. I'm hoping to continue talking to him on msn and hopefully, he asks me to hangout with him or something.
SO I WOULD LIKE TO REASSURE MYSELF THAT HE DOES LIKE ME and get some confirmation. If you guys think he does, then what should i do to get him to ask me out??He's a shy guy to let u kno.
