Glofish-3
Synodontis Eupterus Catfish

Thats about it please let me know if there is anything wrong

make sure you dont put the CAE in the same tank. also they need more then 5 gallons because they could get almost a foot long but most get around 6 inches. other than that your tank sounds good.

This sounds fines. I don't think you will need to separate the rainbow shark from the other fish, as rainbow sharks are like bala sharks and they are very placid fish and community tank friendly.
I would recommend though, that if the tank is not setup already, and isn't cycled to not add in the tetras, guppies, and platys yet as whilst they are very cheap, they aren't very hardy so it is likely that the ammonia level from the cycling will cause some fish loss.
All catfish should be put in a tank with a minimum of 15 gallons, as they do grow very fast and do get very big. They'll also need to be feed food like sinking vege pallets, and fresh vegetables such as zucchini, cucumber, peas, beans etc that have been boiled and mashed up. no algae eater can live off of just algae.
