Sitting here at work today, I thought about something. Man... it would be nice if when I was in a meeting, I could block all calls except for my wife. In other words, can I silence my phone and allow it to vibrate when my wife calls me?
Looking through all the menus, I found no way to do this. If I give her a distinct ring tone (vibrate) and put the phone in silent mode, it makes the phone not vibrate for anyone. The silent mode overrides the custom ring tone.
Or... I could assign a silent ring tone to everyone and vibrate for my wife. But obviously, this is a stupid solution. Also, this means that if any unknown caller calls, i'll get a ring.
So.... anyone know how to make this work? Or know if this works with any phone? (BTW, my current phone is a Moto V180 which I will be upgrading soon to some form of Nokia to be determined).
