before sex they both want it soo bad with eachother they start having sex and right before the guy is suppose to do his thing she says she doesn't want to do it anymore and for him to get off of her. but the guy is already in the exploding stage and can't control himself and does it and gets her pregnant. would that be considered rape and if so, would she say to the judge something like i was raped i want an abortion ?
