Does this BOTHER you?

We have one store in Oklahoma City that required each of their sales folks to make a minimum of 25 calls a day to potental customers. Two of them had my name and they knew I was happy with my new bike, but they called me just to whittle down their list. They also have the reputation of the highest prices in the city. I always felt if they came off those prices just a little, they would not have to bother their customers with the calls.

I cant even get the dealership here to call me when my parts come in, even though they say "will call you when your parts arrive".

I work as a part time salesman at my local dealership and I can tell you that we would never do that. That is a good way to not get any business in my opinion.

I get e-mails from the area dealerships about events and happenings. Doesn't bother me much. Just ask them not to call.....

Nope, no phone calls, but did recieve a new Sales Catalog from a dealer whom i have not shadowed in about 2 years, used to get stuff from them all the time after I bought a Hertitage from them back in 05, tried to get them to find my Limited in the color i wanted back in March, but they balked about going to San Antonio to get it.

Business is Down big time in North Dallas area, all the business seems to go to Grand Praire, and for good reason.

I wont name them, but you can look them up....
