There is a person who goes to school with me who I see on a daily basis buying drugs and smoking weed and stuff. I found the website to do an Anonymous report of a crime for the school, but I want this guy gone. and I dont know if they need a warrant or not to kick him out. Please what should I do? He lives in the room next to mine and I cant focus because of all the smoke(I have lung problems and I need an inhaler)
