Does The U.S Celebrate any Sporting Event Win Nationally?

I was watching the Soccer game mexico vs usa when mexico won the whole country celebrated. I Dont Remember the u.s ever celebrating something nationaly. You always see in the NBA, NFL, MLB... when a team wins they celebrate with a city parade but nothing nationaly. I Wonder why? I Personally believe that because the U.s Is More concentrated In their domestic leagues in their sports.
