I am looking to borrow my brothers old car as i have passed my test and am waiting for my new car. But we insured it in my mums name as me as a named driver but the tax is in my brothers name because we are using it for scrappage in a few weeks so need it in his name. Will this matter?
Does the tax for a car have to be in the same name as the insurance?
