Does the shape of the pills indicate what illness you have?

Does the shape of the pills indicate what illness you have? For example square shapes are for virus-related?
Also if it's true, is it applicable globally? Is it a standard?

Dr Forman got sick and blind. He touched the pills and based on their shape discovered that they were treating him for everything.
