...higher if i have sex three...? I had sex today and my ovulation date is in three days. Does this make the chance of getting pregnant higher? How long does the semen have to stay inside me.. it always comes out.
 
Believe it or not, it feels like it all comes out but as long as you lay down after for at least 15minutes than only half will come out. The cervix is self sealing, once the sperm get into the uterus they begin their journey up :) The majority of sperm live for two days in the uterus, so the prime time to try would be to start two days prior to ovulation and then have fun for that week as much as you can. I wondered the same thing, actually. We wanted a girl so we abstained 2 days prior to ovulation and didn't get preg. It was when we had sex 1-2 times every single day that it happened. Keep going, 1-2 times a day for the next week. :) You should get preggo!!! Good luck!
 
sperm lives in you for 72 hours and more............its better to have sex every other day so you dont lower sperm count
