...passive system? The 2004 Honda pilot has a rear climate control system that is controlled by turning knobs, one of each address the temperature while the other adjusts the flow of air. My belief is that it is a passive system and will blow out the air that is controlled by the Front controls. For example, if the driver puts on the air conditioner and you at the back want warmer air, the control knob to adjust the heat in the rear climate control system will not do anything to make the air warmer. Basically, the vents on the second row seating are just passive vents and you can neither control the air flow or temperature of the air coming out of them. Can anyone comment on this ? wrong or right ?
