Does the paint off easily on the Haro CounterPart Lite?

I would wanna know if the paint chips if I would buy this...also..can you adjust the seat and handlebars? I asked about this in my last ? but no answers :/
 
Regardless of brand or model of a bike, if it isn't taken care of or if the bike is ridden hard the paint will chip, scratch, and fade and there is really nothing you can do about it.

Saddle can be adjusted for height and angle while the handlebars can be adjusted only for angle and MAYBE 1" in height.
