Does the nutritional value of white cooked leftover refrigerated rice decrease...

...if we eat it the next day? Often I cook rice to be eaten for 1-2 days and after finishing the meal, I immediately refrigerate it and reheat it in the microwave with 2 tbsp of water. A friend of mine said this decreases the nutritional value (whatever little carbs, proteins and minerals it has) but I don't see how unless I re-wash it.
 
First of all, there is not a whole lot of nutritional value white rice offers in the first place.

No, it doesn't decrease the nutritional value by refrigerating it. Nutritional value is decreased by heating.

Flavonoids on the other hand are changed by refrigeration in most cases, and it's mostly in fruits and vegetables. But, it still doesn't decrease the nutritional value, with exception to tomatoes.
