Indeeeed, it does. But it's a little different;
Most touch screen phones, you just touch whatever button on the screen and it takes you there.
But on the Motorola Backflip, you operate the touch screen from the back of the phone, to prevent getting fingerprints all over the screen, not being able to see what you're doing, etc.
It's a really nice phone, if you want to look into getting it, you should go to Best Buy and ask if you can play with one for a while to see if you like it.
