Does the midi to usb power the maudio oxygen 49?

Ok so my oxygen 49 usb port is broke. I plug in usb and it does not come on at all.. Before this happened the keyboard would shut on and off while being used. So before I trash this thing and buy another one, can I use the.midi out with out a power adapter.
 
I don't quite understand the question. Your USB port is broken. To my understanding MIDI is a music format. So what exactly are you trying to ask? MIDI music format does not associate with the power supply. If you are trying to ask if you can power your computer through the USB port, no you can't.
